Subscriptions
How do I subscribe to WaQi?
Whenever you try to access a subscription prompt from accessing a members only area, you will be prompted to subscribe. Select the subscription plan and fill out the questionnaire and credit card information to subscribe. You should receive an email upon successful subscription.
Do subscriptions automatically renew?
Yes. They renew automatically on your expiration date. To prevent this automatic charge on your expiration date, you must cancel your subscription. Go to your “My WaQi page” (make sure you are logged in), and you can cancel your subscription on that page.
Can I stop my subscription from being renewed automatically?
Cancelling your subscription will prevent your subscription from renewing automatically. You will continue to have subscription benefits until your next renew date.
After my subscription expires, will I still have access to WaQi content?
After your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid content portions of the WaQi website.
How do I review my account details?
Once you are logged in, it will take you to your profile page. You can review your account details on your profile page. If you are already logged in and moved away from your profile page, you can select “My Waqi” at the top right of the screen to return to your profile.
Billing
Will my WaQi subscription continue if my credit card expires?
If the credit card charging process was unsuccessful, an email will be sent to the account holder and be notified that their subscription has been cancelled due to an unsuccessful subscription charge. The WaQi subscription will then be cancelled as it would be the last day of the subscription.
NOTE: If your card expires and you did not change your card before it expired, you will need to resubscribe. To do this you will need to do the following:
Login into your wa-qi.com account like normal
After you are logged in, navigate to the “My Waqi page”
Click on the red "Subscribe" button on the bottom left of the dropdown menu
Select Monthly Subscription by clicking the "Subscribe" button.
Re-fill out the payment information and click the "Submit" button.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, and Discover
Can I get a receipt for my subscription or camp payment?
We email a confirmation of each transaction to the email address provided in your user account profile.
How do I change the expiration date on my credit card or enter a different credit card?
You can change your credit card information at any time. To change the expiration date, you will need to cancel your current card and enter the information for the new card (with new exp. date). Here’s how":
On the "My Waqi" page (when you are logged in) scroll down to a panel called "Payment" with a "Change Payment Method" button (if you have a subscription). Please click on that.
It should load a Braintree section (payment system) where it shows your existing card. Click the "edit" button on the top right of that Braintree section.
Delete your old card by clicking the big red X on that card. To confirm hit the "Delete" button.
Then add your new card, and click update payment.
What if my card expires before I resubscribe?
If your card expires and you did not change your card before it expired, you will need to resubscribe. To do this you will need to do the following:
Login into your wa-qi.com account like normal
Click on the red "Subscribe" button on the bottom left of the dropdown menu
Select Monthly Subscription by clicking the "Subscribe" button.
Re-fill out the payment information and click the "Submit" button.
